I have to apologize for a post I probably shouldn't have put here, but now I've deleted.

The presidential circus of the modern day has touched a point that is very important to me, namely what happens to 13-year-old girls when they are at their most vulnerable. And, is it ok for people like J. Epstein, G. Maxwell and you-know-who to simply take advantage of them, by force or whatever means.

But it seems obvious to me that people who elected him already knew about this side of him, and didn't care. That's what makes me angrier than anything else about this picture. Did you believe him that it was all about Democrats? Did you think he was some kind of paragon of virtue who was going to clean up this pedophile business? I guess some people might have believed that but those people shouldn't be allowed to vote. Instead someone should just sell them a Brooklyn Bridge and be glad there aren't any consumer protections around anynore.

Let's put this in the perspective of history. I don't think we've ever had a pedophile as president, but we've had plenty of liars, and craven opportunists, and people who take advantage of the conspiracy-believers amongst us who tend to think of the "deep state" as a character out of the Disney movies. Most people are somewhat addicted to the media in one form or another - you can see it on the streets as you walk around and nobody's out there, playing baseball or riding bikes or the stuff we used to do. They're home by the a/c, like me, ducking away from the weather and looking into conspiracies. In this business, what you don't know is what someone will take advantage of.

And meanwhile, mark my words, the hallmark of this era will be that the environmental disasters reach out, take hold, and dominate our consciousness. There is no FEMA, NOAA has been gutted, we're on our own. That also is unheard of. But now you've heard it. Good luck!
